A book to be featured on the cover of the Travelogue edition (15th) of the online magazine Cahoodaloodaling. The only objective was that the book had to have the word ‘Travelogue’ on it.
The finished product is a Coptic bound notebook. The tread visible on the outside of the spine not only spells out a word but it is also the binding that holds the book together. In order to accomplish this, I first created a signature-punching template. The flightpaths of the planes on the front and back cover were also embroidered by hand.
